duPont REGISTRY presents the GXR-Evo as Gunther Werks’ most extreme track-focused creation yet — revealed at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, and limited to 15 examples worldwide.

The story follows the marque’s nine-year brief: strip away everything that does not serve the drive, then rebuild the 993 around going faster. The Evo sheds 210 pounds versus the Coupe and weighs 2,386 pounds dry, with a full 12k 2x2 carbon body, high-downforce wing, and a shark-fin in place of the rear window.

Peter Nam calls it “the purest interpretation of everything Gunther Werks stands for” — a no-compromise racing thoroughbred that still keeps the analog soul of the cars. A naturally aspirated flat-six, developed with Rothsport, revs toward 9,000 rpm and sends 455 horsepower through a six-speed manual.

Every owner also receives a bespoke MYSIM simulator. Read the full story on duPont REGISTRY.
